Our knowledge in this area of expertise ranges from the obvious fixture, switchgear and special systems evaluations to the not so obvious areas such as re-routing, consolidation of feeders and branch circuitry, alternative methods of distribution, etc.
We have the ability to assist the design team in providing cost effectiveness to the project. We recognize that our function as part of the team is not only to price the project, but also assist/drive the design to ensure the end-user is satisfied with the results, while at the same time maintaining the budget.
Due to the extensive amount of projects we perform on a negotiated basis, the personnel which we assign to every project in both the pre-construction and construction phases share extensive years of combined experience in alternative cost evaluation and construction review.
