Labor dedicated to the assembly process streamlines production resulting in faster project schedules. Offsite production means less trash and scrap on the jobsite which means a safer jobsite environment.
The prefab team’s involvement on projects begins early in the pre-planning process. Identifying repetitive field installations and adapting these installations to Lean manufacturing methods have been proven to benefit Frischhertz projects of all types, of all sizes and in all geographic locations.
