For Frischhertz Electric, the quality of our work and the welfare of our employees go hand in hand. Frischhertz Electric has developed painstaking procedures to ensure that working conditions are safe and that employees have the training and tools they need to safeguard against accidents.

 

Frischhertz Electric runs a dedicated Safety Department consisting of a safety director, a safety field inspector, and a corporate safety committee comprised of both management and field personnel. The safety department ensures that all personnel are properly trained.

 

Frischhertz Electric’s post-hire training requirements include:

 

  • 30 Hour OSHA Training for foremen and superintendents

  • 30 Hour OSHA Training for project managers

  • 10 Hour OSHA Training for all field personnel

  • American Red Cross First Aid, CPR, and AED training for all personnel

  • Annual continuing education
